Alexandria, VA - Renovation and Addition
This is a 1950s ranch house with a finished basement in Alexandria. The owners wanted a larger master suite and to redo the basement recreation room. We added a small addition on the back of the house and combined two small bedrooms and a small bath into a new master bedroom suite. The lower level of the addition is a new sunroom for plants. We also renovated the basement and upgraded the energy efficiency of the home and the HVAC system.
